Came a 1h 30m to test drive a car, told seller I was absolutely getting the car to his response “ok I’ll be waiting for your papers and bank finance.” Got a call Monday morning that the car had been sold. Had a chat with the dealer because I told him I was buying it and he made it seem as if we were locked in. He then explained that we would have to put a down payment to hold a spot. Which was not explain to me or my colleague ahead of time. That’s bad business.

Three weeks ago my car broke down in McComb Ms coming from New Orleans. I had my car towed to Howell GMC to have it inspected and hopefully repaired. The staff was very warm, understanding and accommodating. They even gave me a ride to get a rental to continue my travels. Upon my return I was given a diagnoses that I needed to replace my entire engine with a price tag of 18K and proceeded to show me why. Just bought a new-to-me van from Mr Eddie and am extremely happy! Fast, courteous service from everyone on staff and the van was immaculate and an incredibly good price. We drove from New Orleans to buy this van and were absolutely thrilled with the results. 10/10 recommend! Trustworthy, kind and easy to work with.
Both my mom and I have had our vehicles serviced here (we’ve also both bought vehicles here before). Both times, they “fixed” the issue only for us to get a few months down the road and the issue still persist. In my case, they didn’t even offer to fix it.
There's hardly anything in the lot anymore and good luck getting anyone to help you and then they do get something in overpriced. Not great deals
I had a good experience when I had to cancel a service agreement and ordered parts. I had an unexpected household issue came up. They kindly canceled without any problems. Thanks for understanding.
Took my car to get a diagnosis test done. They didn’t put it on no machine or nothing he looked me dead in my face and said I need a motor!! Trying to get over on women.. woman at the front desk very rude nasty attitude

Bought my fourth car from them today! Excellent service from the buying process to the service department!! Highly recommend. Every one of the cars I have bought from them have had well over 200,000miles on them and two of them had over 350,000miles with minimal repairs required. Billy Jacobs is the best salesman. He doesn’t do the haggle dance and gives you his best deal right out of the gate! Go see them for your new car needs!
They are very nice and helpful. From the time I bought my new car to the service department that has been the only one that has serviced it.
Very good people, friendly, and helpful. Test drive was like most just go for a spin. Vehicles were clean as well as the office. Atmosphere was comfortable, and salesmen weren't pushy. We bought a 2022 Altima.

I spoke with Jerry, service advisor about looking at my dads truck, said it would be a couple of days. Almost five days has passed and truck has not moved from where they parked it. I left an earlier message and never did see it post. I guess they only want positive feedback so they constantly monitor their posts and adjust accordingly.
Hi im Carlos Coleman and my truck has been at Howell motors for almost a month now and they still haven't got it fix. Every time I call they say they short handy or they can't get to it right now are they had to stop fixing it to fix on other people cars. I just don't understand this situation
